Color Club "Volt of Light"

For "Neons/Brights" Week on LHCF Nail Fanatics a super bright neon highlighter yellow. It doesn't look that bright in the first pic, but in real life, it is; in fact it almost look like a light lime green. :)I topped it with a white swirly design stamp and a sheer glitter topcoat. Next time I'll have to use white as a base coat to make to color more vivid.
